I am very disappointed that after my telehealth appointment with Lomu the prescription was not submitted for 5.5 hours which led me to not being able to pick up my prescription that day to relieve my painful eye discharge. I spent hours calling pharmacy to see if they had my prescription and calling the Telehealth customer support to see why it was not submitted. This was a very unprofessional level of service.

Received several emails from the company that she's working with confirming the date, time and provider that I was working with. Her name was on it. Her name was on all of them. When I check in online with the medical assistant, they put me on hold to connect me with Angelina. Was told that the appointment was never made with the doctor despite her name being on every email that I received with the date and time confirmed. Just wasting my time and a pain in the butt when you got to rearrange your schedule for a no-show.

Angelia made some decisions based on her knowledge of medicines or lack thereof, leaving me with serious and considerable doubts about her competence. Sadly, she asked no questions - only made opinions and decisions based on her thoughts alone - never a good experience for the patient. I would stay away at all cost. You deserve better than the worst.

Angelia Lomu has promised me a refund since December. She won’t return phone calls or text messages. I paid for a year and she stopped contacting me in Oct of 2020. She canceled every appointment on me since Oct and I’ve haven’t seen her since Sept. I just want my money back. Do NOT trust her or give her money.

Impossible to get ahold of and even more difficult to get an appointment with. Makes excuses for everything without taking responsibility for anything. Incredibly unprofessional, and it is almost impossible to cancel contracts with her. Would never recommend working with her.
