She will not see her patients.
She has never seen my mother who is suffering, and will not return a call or even call for a scheduled telehealth appointment. She does not deserve to be anyone's PCP.

Angelica listens. She takes the time to figure out your medical problems. She is Fank.. She is genuinely caring. Her style is informal which might be a little off putting for the over 60 set.

I took a physical check at their clinic earlier this year. I double checked with my insurance company that all the body tests are covered. But after the check, I got a statement from Hackensack University Medical Group for an auditory test. I called them, and was told this test is not covered, but they failed to let me know before I took the test. I communicated several times with the medical group in 4 months, the issue has not been resolved. I question their integrity.
