I have been a patient of Lita's for years and I have never enjoyed better health. When she reversed my impending diabetes with just diet changes, I became totally convinced in the value of her practice of holistic medicine. When I came to her I was a mess with too many ailments to describe here. I am in my seventies and my lab work will rival that of anyone in their 50s. This winter I learned to ski and snowboard. I wholeheartedly recommend Lita to anyone who values their health.
