Angie was fantastic. She listened and asked me great questions.

After establishing care with Angie, my husband was unable to get his prescriptions correctly sent to the pharmacy for 3 months, despite patient portal messages and phone calls. Made an in office appointment to straighten up the confusion. Angie got mad when I corrected her regarding a Texas state law, she said she would send in a manager, and stormed out. 20 minutes later a manager came in, apologized for all the confusion about his prescriptions, made excuses for not returning phone and portal messges. We told the manager we were going to return to our previous PCP even though it was a longer drive. Then Angie fires US as patients because of disruption of the flow of her day. She caused the disruption! Unprofessional in handling medical needs, unprofessional in accepting correction in her statement, unprofessional blaming the incident on us, unprofessional firing patients because she can't admit she was wrong!

Went in for physical and blood work. Tried to ask questions about results via portal and unable to get a response. Finally resorted to scheduling an appt and it was cancelled one hour prior due to her having something come up.

Angie is amazing. She listened to all my concerns and she follows up with me quickly about any other concern I may have and puts my mind at ease. She is amazing.
