Been seeing Dr Bui for at least 8 years she's amazing! Thorough and kind and reasonable prices. Can't recommend enough!

Staff was horrible and very rude. They were not knowledgable about insurance benefits and said they charge extra for exams since they dont sell contacts in house. Not worth the extra cost and I will not return.

Dr. Bui herself is a great doctor and her nurses are very caring and knowledgeable, but her office staff are terrible. It takes constant calling and even yelling to get them to do anything outside of scheduling an appointment. I needed medical records sent because Dr. Bui herself said I needed to see a specialist ASAP and I had to wait a week to see the specialist because her office staff would not send my records or would lie about having sent my records. Do not bother, go somewhere else.

Dr. Bui is actually a great optometrist in my opinion. Her staff however has something to be desired as does her choice to add so many patients that serving existing patients can't happen. As along time patient (customer for about 6 years) it is difficult to understand why they choose to serve so many patients that we are forced to find a new optometrist in order to get a reasonable appointment.
