We just connected with her as soon as we met with her. She was so great with my son! She made us feel comfortable and welcome, she was funny but firm, serious but laid back. She just made me want to talk with her and she even got my son to open up pretty much right away. She had a way about her that let you know that she genuinely cared and wanted to help
