She was not knowable and her responses were not relevant or pertinent. She gave me a brace that did not fit and was big for my short waisted torso. She said it was the only one they had. I told her I could not wear it and she left it anyway. I am being billed for a useless brace that is suitable for a large man rather than a 100 lb woman because she didn’t have an alternative solution. I had a back X-ray and her interpretation was I had a hump on my back. This is obvious without an X-ray.
