I went in after an emergency and needing a referral. She was completely unhelpful and wanted to address things unrelated to my urgent problem. It was a complete wast of a visit after an hour and a half wait. I felt she didn’t listen to me.

I have been seeing Ann for years. I feel that she takes her time, listens to my concerns, and asks me the right questions. I trust her with my healthcare and appreciate her empathy and kindness.

Ann Esrick is the worst human being I have ever had the unfortunate experience of being near. She spoke down to me during the entire appointment, she was extremely unhelpful, and extremely rude. I would not recommend her to anyone, and I would advise staying as far away from her, and Valley Medical, as possible.

She was awful. Told me I wasted her time. I will never go to her again! (Next time i will wait and see my primary care doctor there he is awesome. ) But, I did not get the kindness and quality care I have always had there with her.

The worst I've ever experienced at Valley Medical Group. Dr. Esrick got defensive when I asked questions and resorted to her scripted and generic points about exercise and vaccinations. She did not appear knowledgable about anything I was experiencing. I do not recommend her.
