This provider is NOT recommended. Today my boyfriend attempted to obtain a medical note to be excused from work during the covid 19 epidemic. He is at risk due to his history of cancer and instead of providing the note she countered with a number of unsubstantiated claims to why she couldn’t write the note. She was basing her information on studies that were at least a month old and tried to brush it off saying there’s no proof this is an airborne virus WHILE WEARING A MASK! She claimed that simply washing his hands would be adequate and that he should remain at work. People are dying who have had no history of cancer and didn’t sustain the lung damage he did. If anything happens to him we will be suing her. Avoid her at all costs.
