She was wonderful! After a terrible scare from an alarmist nurse practitioner at our PC clinic, Anna was calm, knowledgeable and a very good listener. She was extreely thorough and very much helped us to understand the situation better.....clearly NOT an alarming concern. We are so grateful to her!
