Dr. Neff is the best. Compassionate and caring.
I came to Wills Eye for glasses. Dr. Neff did a comprehensive exam, was kind, gentle, compassionate, and caring. It's not very often you can find an MD and an optometrist like Dr. Neff. After I met her, I wished she was my opthalmologist. I've been wearing glasses since childhood and now have this new problem. She explained everything to me in words that I clearly understood. Dr. Neff is kind and patient. She takes her time with you, never felt rushed. I so enjoyed meeting her. She's really the best.
