Anna Payton, NP

Anna Payton had a Medicare Annual Wellness visit with my husband, who has Alzheimer's, without my knowledge or permission. She worked for Grace at Home. In my dealings with them, there was very little grace and a lot of incompetence & overzealous billing. While in her care, there were many errors in my husband's medical records, including the incorrect diagnosis of Parkinson's. The records also said he had been sterilized, which they would not correct. Eventually, Anna Payton refused to answer my questions through the patient portal. Grace at Home almost never answered the phone except if you were making an appointment or were a new patient signing up for their services. I found out later that they were writing long reports to the memory care facility that were not shared with me. I stopped using them and regretted ever signing up for their services.
