One of the most unprofessional providers I've ever seen. Our first session she asked therapy-level questions about my background. This was unnecessary outside of recommending me a therapist and moving on, instead felt she needed to know all of my traumas in order to prescribe me medication despite the fact I came prepared with a list of past medications, diagnoses and past providers. She proceeded to ignore my medication history and preferences and put me on a medication I specifically asked NOT to be on based on unwanted side effects. And at each appointment would ignore my pleas for alternative meds. Our last session she blamed the lack of effectiveness on the medications on "my cicumstances" at the time instead of trying a different dose or drug. During all three of our 30-minute sessions she talked about herself- mostly about her husband and her dogs as her coping mechanisms. It seems like outside of her job she has no experience with real mentally ill people, and utter disdain. She quite literally mansplained breathing exercises to me after I told her that her medication plan was not helping me. Condescending and unprofessional.

These folks are great! MJ has been amazing for solo, family, and marriage geared sessions; and the group at the front desk are always nice, friendly, and helpful ?? We really appreciate and enjoy this location and their positive impact on our lives.

Geode got me in with a Psychiatrist rather quickly, less than 3 weeks wait for a new patient. My new Psych has already helped me with medication adjustments, therapy references and resources, and consistent responses through their online portal. My spouse is also a Geode patient, and she's been given the same amazing quality of care and help!! She was the one who recommended I try Geode, and she got it right :)

I am pleased with my therapist, treatment and their technology.

It was my first appointment with Dr Philips. I found her easy to talk to about my situation. I felt heard. We easily came to agreement on my medications.

The only reason I scored 2 stars for this office is completely due to the receptionist. She is so very kind and caring. She makes sure that the provider receives messages in a timely manner and will check-in to be sure the messages have been responded to. As for the provider, I would highly suggest choosing a different provider if you're in need of one. She's uncooperative, not honest, doesn't pay attention to you or your medical history, and frankly, can be dangerous in the way she practices. Would absolutely not recommend!

I appreciate that you were able to see me, even though I made the mistake of thinking it was an online appointment, instead of an in-person on.

Anna is very thorough and also very friendly, kind and helpful, and seems GENUINELY concerned about my well being which is soooo important to me‚ and she's very patient and answers any concerns or questions I may have‚ also she puts me very at ease.
