I found Anna to be rude and disrespectful of my time. She completely blew off our first meeting which was a telehealth call. It was impossible to get through to northwestern to find out what was going on. Apparently there was a mix-up and she thought that it was a live meeting and she marked that I blew off the meeting in my chart which was completely inaccurate. she refused to apologize for blowing off the meeting and I continue to have issues with them in getting the full results of the sleep study and plan of care recommendations.
