Could tell she dozed off during 2 separate visits while I was talking! I had evening appointments, and I think she has a day job. Also, I later received a call from her receptionist saying Anne forgot to send some documentation into highmark insurance so she could continue to be on their list of providers, and she would call me back to reschedule. I never heard back and I never went back. I don't know what the story was there. Take my advice and find someone else
