Do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. I wish I had read the reviews before going. So I went in had the exam, got the scrip and made an appointment for a follow up. However, life gets busy and I missed it. I was handed a prescription when I left and assumed that was sufficient to get more contacts. I was wrong. After Jan 1st, my insurance vision benefits were once again replenished. I went to have the scrip filled at Target and was told that they needed the contact script. So I called. The receptionist told me that because I missed my follow up, the contact prescription could not be finalized. I explained that my life got busy and I missed the appt but assured her that I love the contacts and just needed that scrip. She said the only way I could get the scrip is to make a follow up appt. So the original appointment and eye exam I had and the money spent were for nothing as they are holding the contact scrip hostage until I pay for another appointment. This place is co
