I’ve had a few visits with Ann and always leave feeling unheard and as though I was irritating her with my appointment. At the most recent appointment I was “clapped at” and told to hurry up because she had people waiting!! She said this loudly to me from the main area while I was trying to get my sick toddler to cooperate still in my patient room. I was interrupted when trying to explain why we were there. She seemed annoyed by my questions or statements and at one point put her hands on her hips and said “what exactly are we seeing you for at this moment?” This was after she brought up a previous unrelated visit last week that I explained was a routine med check. Not a pleasant experience. Next time I need care I’ll call ahead and see if she’s the provider. If she is I’ll be choosing a different location.
