Dr. Hill is knowledgeable and worth seeing, particularly for environmental toxin concerns.
The administrative experience, however, is terrible. As of early 2020, forms made no mention of the practice not billing insurance companies for teledoc appointments, nor did anyone inform me of this verbally. During the COVID pandemic, she did bill insurance companies for teledoc appts., but instead of charging the $10 copay (for each of two calls) specified by my insurance company, the practice billed me for $20 each. When I called to discuss this issue, a staffer said they would make an exception for me this one time and send me a new invoice for the (correct) $10 copay each; they never did, in spite of me making multiple attempts to get a corrected invoice sent. Instead, they continued to send invoices for $40 without explanation. Beware of lack of transparency and incorrect billing.
