I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this foot specialist's office, particularly in the urgent care setting. After being told the specialist would be with me shortly, I found myself waiting in the exam room for over 40 minutes without any update or communication.This lack of respect for my time is unacceptable, especially in a setting where urgent care is emphasized. I ultimately left the appointment unseen, and to add insult to injury, I was charged a co-pay for the privilege of waiting.I strongly advise against choosing this doctor for your foot care needs. There are undoubtedly other professionals who prioritize and respect their patients' time. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
