Office rude and belittling office
I called to ask about getting help for my daughter and the lady on the phone could not be more rude! SHe was hurring to get me off the the phone and was very short cold with answers. I want to ask about Dr. Gallardo to see if she has handled the concern I had and the lady said .." it doesnt matter she is a psychologist" in a condensating tone and hung up on me! I will not be exposing my daughter to such a cold and rude atomospher!!!!! I want my child to go to someone who care about her mental health not some one in a hurry to get a paycheck and move on.

She made my husband and my marriage worse. She seemed to be against me from the beginning even though my husband was the one who originally broke trust. She said "that's how men are"....Then suggested to my husband when I wasn't there, that it was wrong of me to encourage him to go to a mental hospital...I encouraged it because he was suicidal and I was fearing for his life. She talked about other patients' baby stinking. She's not a good person and a terrible counselor. Wish I could give 0 star

My daughter was a new patient with scheduling 2 weeks apart and time spent was 30 minutes the first 2 visits and 15 minutes on the 3rd visit. I feel more and frequency of visits in the beginning is essential to connect and have a patient/ doctor relationship.
