I really appreciate Annette's patience with the technology connection issues and her understanding makes it very easy to talk to her. I‚am a very nervous person but she doesn't make me feel nervous at all. I am already learning so much

She is good. The scheduling sucks. She scheduled me for an appointment. I was waiting ,at the time of the appointment, for a link. I never got one. I called to find out what was going on to find out she was out for the week and I was not scheduled.

Didn't feel as though we bonded. The time spent felt impersonal and didn't feel we had a sense of direction as far as how we were going to move forward with therapy
