This Nurse was supposed to call my brother for his appointment (telephone visit). She never called. My brother called to let GPHA know that he never received a call from her, he was told by the woman who answered the phone that she emailed Annette regarding this matter and Annette never called (AGAIN) to follow up with my brother as to why.

This np was rude and rushed me. I have never been treated so badly by a provider. She did not listen to me nor did she care about my problems. My wife is a nurse and told me that her behavior is unacceptable. I am making a complaint against her as well to the board of nursing. If you have a chance, DO NOT SEE HER !!!! RUN she is a horrible provider.
