The staff exhibited a welcoming and compassionate demeanor, effectively fostering a supportive environment. However, my interaction with Anthony Montes, PA-C, was unsatisfactory. His condescending tone, insecure demeanor, and lack of sincerity created a significant barrier, as he emphasized his experience in urgent care while demonstrating insufficient willingness to address my prevalent health concerns. The solutions he proposed appeared inadequate and seemed more like a formality than authentic assistance. He dismissed my medical issue, asserting that he was not a specialist, despite it being a pertinent concern for a walk-in clinic. When I sought to discuss his conduct regarding my treatment, he became increasingly dismissive and disgruntled, further constraining our interaction and leaving me feeling unsupported.Subsequently, I communicated with the staff regarding his attitude, hoping that this instance was an anomaly. He really listened to our situation description, did appropriate testing, and researched the patient's medical history and knew the most current recommendations for the patient's illness. Answered all our questions, was polite and caring and gave us detailed description. Patient is finally showing signs of improvement after his diagnosis and with correct medication.
