Dr Vitale used what I called the hand of god technique on my shoulder and had me doing jumping jacks and one armed push-ups in no time. Mind you I couldn't move my shoulder and neck before he laid the hand on me shoulder. He's a good kid and takes his time and treats you real respectable like. I believe he was KOY in 2016 but not positive. Good kid.
