Irresponsible and Borderline Negligent
In our case he claimed he had conclusively ruled out bipolar disorder in a 12 year old on the basis of tests he had performed. This is not in fact possible to do and his statements gave false confidence leading to years of the the condition being untreated to the significant detriment of the child.
