The care provider was very nice and very polite, but This was a complete waste of time and then I got a $60 bill for it. The PA kept me waiting for over half an hour, and then, because she couldn't figure out how to contact me through the video link,had to call me. My neck was swollen and my throat was sore on the same side of my neck, so talking to me on the phone was worthless. I had made an appointment to go up to Torrington two days after my phone conference, but canceled, until, In the end, when the pain got so bad that I couldn't stand it anymore, I went to the walk-in clinic 5 minutes away from my home.

She was very attentive and compassionate. I do wish she had gone into more depth on her impressions of my complaint and exactly what xrays she ordered and the reasoning behind it. It does appear the decision was a good one,

Anna treated me like a mother would like to be treated, and I would recommend them to other people.
