Dr. Anubha Jati, MD

Dr. Jati now works for North Mississippi Medical Center’s outpatient neurology clinic. NMMC must know of her reputation of being a rude, unprepared doctor since they don’t list her on their website. Dr. Jati was dismissive and rude to my husband who was referred to the clinic months ago. She clearly had not reviewed his chart or even spoken to the nurse that talked to him prior to her entering the room, because she knew nothing concerning the reason for his visit. She must not have any medical knowledge aside from strictly neurology, because she stated that his primary concern (pinched spinal nerve) was not part of her specialty and refused to tell him what specialty could address his concern. She bluntly told him to see his PCP. Dr. Jati and NMMC should be ashamed at how she is treating patients with no respect, kindness, or concern. The fact that she didn’t review his chart or speak to her nurse prior to seeing him shows how little she cares for patients.

1. She wrote an order for a medical procedure for my husband to have done on a paper towel. He never went back to her. 2. She diagnosed my son with a brain tumor when he was a senior in high school. We spent his entire spring break in TX getting a second opinion only to be told what she saw was a shadow (we had the disc) plus they did another MRI to verify their findings. He’s a perfectly healthy 32 year old now.

Referred to her by another neurologist for second opinion. Spent 5 minutes with me, refused to listen to new symptoms. I was ER and they had requested brain MRI. She kept calling me lady and not by name. Was abstinent and refused to help me by saying that is not her job; I am only there for a second opinion on one thing.
