She is very rude and disrespectful doesnt let you speak when you trying to explain bout your child she just puts any thing on the paper i told this lady "my mom smokes outside she going to put passive smoke exposure lady what you asking questions for and answering for yourself and this was in the location of 5843 S Western she is very unprofessional all the time . Next time ima have words for you
