Most caring, knowledgeable, respectful person I have met in this building. She was so understanding and really listened to my concerns and educated me on what was going on. 100% recommend April Oliver at FMC

Ive never had a problem here except today. April does not have the knowledge to be in this position. She could not tell the different between my seasonal allergies and the flu/covid although I had no fever, no sore throat, no body aches, nothing. My eye is swollen almost shut because of how bad my allergies get and she did not care. I always get the allergy shot they provide but for some reason I was not able to get it today because of April. She claimed she needed to test for covid and flu which I CLEARLY did not have and would have been an additional cost. I’ve never had to test for flu or covid for wanting an allergy shot because previous doctors knew how to tell the difference. She was also rude and dismissive when I was trying to tell her what the problem was. She does not need to be working at an urgent care.
