A fine practitioner and an even better individual
We had a great experience with Argel. This ER is a completely chaotic place. That is the nature of it I guess. I am not from the immediate area, but I can sense that the clientele here is a little bit over entitled. I can see how busy the nurses are and they are always running around. I can see the surrounding family members can be very overwhelmingly annoying and overbearing. Argel was very busy. He was very knowledgeable, addressed our concerns and made our entire family feel at ease. He was cool and calm the entire time, which I really admired. I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case I had to. He exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!

Absolutely awful bedside manner - curt, rude, dismissive, and belittling. Not only did he provide care based off of incorrect information, when corrected, he stuck with the explanation saying treatment was the same. One star is too high a rating, but they don't have the option for zero stars.
