Professional Excellence
I was a patient of Arlene Scarlett for several years when she was with another facility in East Hartford. CT. As a RN I had experienced both caregiver and patient status. I had multiple diagnoses and was experiencing some diabetic complications along with moderate to severe pain. Arlene Scarlett was knowledgeable, extraordinarily patient, never rushed with my visits. Made me feel like I mattered and my concerns were valued. I was truly disappointed to learn that she had moved on. I searched to find out where she had moved to, there was no information, at that time. I thought I would look one more time, curiosity I guess. I am moving out of state, otherwise I would sure schedule an appointment! Just wanted to say thank you for your service. God’s blessings on your life!

The Best
I was in a great deal of pain and in need of emergency care. Arlene Scarlett APRN was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and very conscientious. She stayed with me well past office hours to arrange for my transportation and admittance to the hospital where i received emergency surgery. Forever grateful to Arlene Scarlett.
