4 stars because I genuinely like her and she makes every effort to be supportive of your goals. She's kind, efficient, means well, caring, compassionate and also has a nice sense of humor. The only drawback for me anyway was that I just needed someone on my side, who wanted to know what my experience with my particular issue was like for me. To ask me - what is this like for you? I began feeling she was asking questions out of her own curiousity instead of really wanting to know what my experiences meant to me. Maybe my age is a milestone for me having survived my life and I sometimes felt belittled for being treated as someone much younger. Although I am sure she meant well and had good intentions, my life history, of which she was aware of, made that issue insurmountable. Overall I think she is a very good therapist, perceptive, insightful, professional and caring.

Please do not bring ur children here for reunification counseling. She's either having memory problems w age, doesn't take accurate notations and/or is just too easily manipulated. Granted, my other party was extremely good at being manipulative but as a professional she should have known better and done better. She failed both my son and me. I had to use HER recorded VM (thank God I had it) to prove she was wrong. When kids and families are at stake, u don't want to take chances!!
