I would not recommend Arlene Miller if you are seeking counseling regarding any type of substance abuse issues. I found her very judgmental, abrupt, and frankly out of line with her questions and comments. I truly felt like I paid her to reprimand me and make suggestions and comments that were completely uneducated and frankly unrelated to the guidance I was seeking. It did not seem as if she had an understanding of addiction. I left more anxious than I came.

Love , Love, Love Arlene. Saw her for the first time when I was 18 and very depressed. She helped me navigate my feeling about my parents divorce, family boundries, and over all feelings I had about myself. I have gone back to see her whenever there was a big event in my life, that I felt I needed help sorting ir through.....relationship flags, getting married, family issues.
