I have worked in the medical field for years and also have been ill since 2008. I have never had follow up or care like I have with VCU health. I have a NP Arlene Rollins that has provided me with care, did all follow up, arranged my Doctors appts, arranged PT, arranged home care, has taken the time to explain test results and meds, listen to my concerns, found a dx that I feel I have had a while, etc etc etc. I ran a medical facility prior to becoming disabled..
