Helped me get to a good place in my life. Even though I struggle with little episodes of depression, she taught me how to manage my depression and practice mindfulness which helped me get back to my life as if I could have been doing but is doing something now and I am thankful for the opportunity to have met Dr.Smith. She stays with me in my heart and she left her own heart print as I continue on with my journey. I got up and down but never stayed depressed or full of anxiety once she taught me how to make the best possible outcome for myself. I went to college, became active in campus and I had a blast all because I was able to utilize her teaching such as mindfulness just to get by.
