Artemis Paschalis, LMHC

Artemis is such a gifted counselor and I am so grateful that she is using her special skill set to serve as a counselor. She speaks the truth in a gentle and loving manner to help her clients succeed. She has helped me immensely and empowered me with a new skill set to carry forward and utilize in the future.

I saw multiple therapist before finding Artemis. She was the first person to help me work through my roadblocks in a healthy and realistic way. She is very easy to talk to and always has her own personal experience that is similar and how she overcame it to give examples of real life situation. Since seeing her, I have noticed changes in how I approach and react to situations that have helped me grow as an individual.

Before Artemis, I had visited with a few different therapists but none of them quite fit the bill. Other therapists focused on making me feel better, but I stuck with Artemis because she focused on ACTUALLY making me better. I have been with her for nearly 5 years and because of her, I am a better friend, partner, and person. Moreover, I know that when I do find my person and have children, I will be a better parent and spouse because of her and the time she has spent with me. I came to Artemis because I was experiencing a crisis, which she helped me through. Now, that crisis has long passed. However, I still choose to have monthly sessions with Artemis to further build my character and learn how to take on challenges as they present themselves. If you are in need of guidance, which we all are, you would be doing yourself a huge favor by starting sessions Artemis.

Artemis IS an amazing therapist! She is kind and caring. Her knowledge and empathy for others exceeds my expectations. She is very thorough and has helped me find clarity in uncertain moments. She has helped me through depression, anxiety, postpartum, family crisis and so on. Her love for her clients is clear but will not BS you either. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband and I started seeing Artemis about 8 years ago for marriage counseling and she really helped us see how to navigate life’s challenges together. Over the past 8 years, I have personally gone to her for postpartum depression after the birth of our son, PTSD after a horrific car accident and to deal with the anxiety of everyday life. I was in some really dark places when I would go to her office and would leave with a sense of relief every time. Artemis truly is a gift from God and I’m so thankful for her. If you are looking for a therapist that will listen and not judge you for how you are feeling - you have found her!

Since our first visit I knew she was a keeper she just got me like no one else has. Artemis is very sweet and understanding but won’t sugar coat anything she will let you know when you’ve messed up. That’s exactly what I needed someone to listen, understand, not judge, but keep it real and be honest with me all together. She’s helped me find myself and self heal instead of blaming others. I have taken in so much and really thank God for her!

LET ME TELL YALL ABOUT THE MOST AMAZING THERAPIST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I have been to many a therapists and she is the only one I’ve had breakthroughs with. She is kind, calls you on your BS, is very attentive, and provides real life advice. I don’t know what I’d do without her honestly and truly. She has taught me how to live a more manageable and meaningful life.

I started seeing Artemis upon my move back to Florida. It was a huge adjustment period for me professionally and personally after battling depression and anxiety for years. Artemis gave me tools and exercises that essentially helped me leave an industry that was devastating to my mental health. I’ve been thriving in my new career and personal life and know I would not be here had it not been for the guidance of Artemis. I know the tools she’s given me will be pillars I need to keep moving forward. She works with and cares for her patients in a way that leaves a positive, lasting impact.

Artemis has helped me become the person who I am today. I say helped because she constantly emphasizes how important “doing the work,” is. It is the combination of me wanting to create a better life for myself and her amazing skills as a therapist which is why I have made strides in the year and a half I have been seeing her. Artemis served as an unbiased ear and opinion which allowed me to unload what was on my chest and get a clear and always honest perspective. Prior to seeing Artemis I was a daily user of cannabis for 5 years and an individual filled with anxiety. After seeing her and peeling the layers of who I am it allowed me to gain a better understanding of myself to live a sober lifestyle with a greater degree of mindfulness. The heightened degree of mindfulness allowed me to really feel what was bothering me on a weekly basis which eventually lead me to having much needed conversations with individuals in my life that without Artemis wouldn’t have ever happened.

Before Artemis, I’ve never been to a therapist. She helped me grow, heal, she challenged me on situations, and kept me accountable. She is one that really DOES care about her patients! She truly does listen, does not judge, and offer feedback or suggestions to help you! She taught me tools that allow me to continue to grow and better myself.

I’ve been seeing Artemis on and off for a few years. Artemis is a fantastic therapist and really cares for her patients. One of the things I appreciate the most about her approach is the way she teaches you strategies for dealing with stress, emotional situations, and being a better person overall. I have been grateful to have learned so much from her and had her help during the darkest of times. It was during these times, she provided me a beacon of hope when I was unable to believe hope existed. While some therapists work to keep their patients coming back she puts together a treatment plan and works to help you not need to see her regularly. It is because of my time with Artemis, I have become more self-aware and emotionally intelligent which has served me well in all facets of my life. I would recommend her to anyone who may feel a little lost and in need of guidance on how to live their best life.

Artemis is one-in-a-million. I’ve been lucky to have a few great people impact my life. They’ll stay with me forever, and Artemis is one of them. As a therapist, her standard of care and professional competence is exceptional. But what sets her apart is that she really cares.

I’ve been seeing her for awhile and due to her, she has taught me to recognize my own values, draw boundaries, and live healthfully. I can finally function in romantic relationships. I’ve never felt this strong, more confident, and more in touch with my identity. She has helped through attachment disorder, anxiety disorder, insecurity, addictions and more. Thank you Artemis for being a therapist that isn’t only exceptionally talented at her job but empathetic, genuine, and trusting!

Artemis is great! She listens to everything I say and always offers insightful advice. I’ve spoken to other therapist before and she has been beyond helpful!

Met Artemis as 2nd or 3rd on the list when looking for therapists using EAP of my employer. After our first session, did not need to continue searching - I highly recommend Artemis to anyone that needs mental health services. She has been a beacon of empathy, trust and encouragement during a tough time in my life, providing actionable input week after week for well over a year to grow and maintain positive change. Continued to meet with me via teleconferencing when I changed employers and location. Has continued to challenge me and hold me accountable but in a loving and compassionate way. I feel very fortunate to have met her and am in a much better place in life as a direct result of working with her.

Artemis is very easy to talk to and she is not judgmental at all. She’s makes you feel very comfortable in any situation your in. I would highly recommend Artemis to anyone.

When I met Artemis I was going through a really rough point in my life dealing with PTSD. At first I didn’t want to go to therapy but after the first visit Artemis showed me that I could do more with my life. I was never judged by her and she helped me get over the PTSD using the EMDR therapy treatment. Now here I am 2 years after meeting Artemis. I am now a full time college student with a family and a full time job. I do not believe I would be where I am today without he her being by my side at my worst time.
