Dr. Arthur Fisher, OD

I don't really have any special grievance with Dr. Fisher, but I have an axe to grind with the woman who was working the front office. An employer who was going to issue me equipment with corrective lenses sent me out to get an eye exam with a prescription from a different doctor, who failed to provide interpupillary distance. I didn't realize this until time had grown short, so I called Dr. Fisher's office to see if they could provide the information, since I had visited them not too long before, for a routine check. The woman who answered my call made a great stink about my getting the information to get glasses elsewhere, though I had moved away from Indianapolis some months prior and there was no way my employer was getting the equipment through them. She ultimately told me, or so I thought, I later found out the number she gave me was actually slightly off from the true value. This act was especially contemptible considering I needed it for protective gear in a combat zone.

I have been going to Dr. Fisher for years and he is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. There was a time when my insurance was not accepted at his office and I was forced to see other eye doctors and it was a miserable time. Love him and Robin!
