Horrendous care. Inappropriate conversation with a young woman. Condescending and arrogant leaning toward intimidating. Did not address the initial issues. Spent the whole time critiquing my life and major in college. I wouldn’t go back and did not feel safe. I now have to schedule another appointment with a real provider elsewhere.

I am a new patient to the office and since my PREFERRED doctor was out of town, I was scheduled with Arthur Mandy. He not only was 30 minutes late into the room, but was extremely rude. I was there for weight loss management, and the first thing he asked was if I was there for an annual check-up. After figuring that out, he was scrolling (for the first time) through my chart and exclaimed 'WOW! You've lost 9lbs' I said 'No, I've lost almost 35lbs...' and after scrolling down some more, he said 'Oh I see that now. Yeah, you're no longer considered obese, just overweight.'At the end of the appointment, he gave me a 'reminder' to only 'nibble at Thanksgiving' and not eat a whole meal so that I 'stay on track.'I have never been considered 'obese' and am no longer 'overweight' at 150lbs. I left the appointment visibly upset. If a patient is there for WEIGHT MANAGEMENT, I would honestly think that the care facilitator would have better bedside manners that he did.Stay Away.

If I could rate a ZERO, I would. Mandy messed up big time. Luckily my doctor took care of me. I will never go back.

Arthur Many is incompetent. He is more of a salesman than a health care provider. Stay away
