Terrible experience! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the recent experience I had under the care of Dr Mashid at the eye center in Alexandria I received what I believe to be a misdiagnosis and an unsatisfactory treatment plan for my eye condition.The diagnosis provided by Dr Mashid appears to be inaccurate based on subsequent opinions from other specialists I consulted. the treatment plan recommended has not only proven ineffective but has also exacerbated my condition, leading to increased discomfort and concern about my eye health.this experience has left me extremely distressed and apprehensive about the care provided. This Dr is always in a rush and doesn’t care about her patients, I didn’t receive a complete eye evaluation to be diagnosed and treated in the right way.
