I was in the EMU unit for a week. She was assigned to my team. She was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Whenever she was in to consult/assess me she was both physically/mentally present. Her bedside manners were/are top notch. She made sure I understood each part of the process clearly. I felt as if I was her only patient. Overall she instrumental in lowering my anxiety level to almost zero within hours. When I arrived I was very nervous, anxious and scared. She was calming and authentic which allowed me to get the highest level of benefits from the experience. I am glad I stuck it out as she suggested.
