I had recurrent L4/L5 spinal issues and after 4 cortisone injections, eventually needed surgery. Ashley was outstanding, explained things/options to me in great detail, and when I eventually needed surgery, was courteous, expert in her knowledge, and guidance. She was patient, and I never waited for my appointments for very long at all. I was extremely impressed, as previous other in CRMC were not always so forthcoming.
