Ashley is an exceptional counselor. She's empathetic, warm and truly cares for her clients wellbeing. My husband and I came to Ashely at a very difficult time in our lives, and within a year Ashley was able to create a safe space for us to be open and vulnerable. She is great at extracting deep rooted issues that gave her and us a better understanding our actual problems so we could treat the cause and not the symptoms. She also helped us develop respect for our partnership and ourselves. We highly recommend her!

Ashley was very helpful as I navigated a stressful career transition. She helped me to understand the meaning behind what I was experiencing and dove into other areas of my life that I didn’t realize were impacting me. She helped me make some needed changes to reach my goals and put me at ease during the process. I would recommend Ashley due to her empathetic and caring demeanor and quick understanding of both spoken and unspoken needs. I looked forward to my conversations with her and knew they would be fruitful each time. I’m in a much better place after having spent time with her.

I worked with Ashley for a few months to help deal with some grief. She did a wonderful job of providing me space to allow me to vent and talk through my situation. She was very understanding and she asked good questions to go deeper into understanding myself. She provided me some tools and material to help me better understand my situation. It helped relieve some of emotional pain I was going through. I would highly recommend if anyone needs a good therapist.

Ashley is an amazing therapist! She helped me through a difficult transition in my life, and listened so well. She knew when to offere advice and when to listen. She made me feel heard and understood, and asked me questions to help me work through everything and process what I was going through. I had seen Ashley for almost two years during a really hard time in my life and her wisdom and guidance during that time was life-changing. She gave me the tools I needed to grow and heal and I truly felt she worked hard to give me the best recommendations as well as asked questions that got to the root of each issue. Quite a few of sessions had me feel vulnerable and delicate but Ashley's demeanor was one of grace, patience, and strength as guided me through each emotion. I have recommended her to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I came to Synergy Counseling LLC because I was experiencing anger toward my children and wanted to speak to a professional. I am so blessed to have worked with Ashley. She is everything that you would want from a counselor: an excellent listener, kind, patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive. Through a combination of therapies including EMDR, Ashley was able to help me uncover painful experiences from my past that shaped how I show up as a mother, and then worked with me to re-process them so that they no longer caused me or my loved ones pain in the present. I am eternally grateful to her because although I am not perfect and will occasionally lose my temper with my kids, I am at peace with my motherhood in a way I never was before. The difference it has made in my life and the life of my family is immeasurable. I would highly recommend her.
