Horrible, will NOT visit with her again, acted like she did not care and seemed to be in a big rush, no professionalism, was not a good listener, no empathy and did not ask questions. She then proceeded to get aggravated when I asked her before she hurried out the door if I could ask her a question. Her response was “make it fast”. Not an appropriate answer from a health care provider and one who is seriously sick wants to hear.

was forced to wait hours in waiting room, everyone on staff was amazing, can't see anyone really having any issues. was in and taken care of quickly, poor woman adopted a cancer patient, and has handled to treatment with flying colors. overall I have never had any issues. She explained everything to me, and made sure i actually understood what she was saying Anyone who has an issue has to understand, there are no real answers for certain thing, some issues there are no answers. Sounds stupid, but the human body is still almost a complete mystery. If answers were simple, they would be making new discoveries all the time

I switched PCPs to Ashley because the office was more conveniently located. I've been taking a schedule II medication for years. Upon switching to Ashley, I have never received such poor care managing my medication and ensuring my prescriptions don't run out. From my seat, it sure feels like unbelievable apathy and/or an exclusive interest in protecting themselves at the expense of the patient.
