Tho Dr. Ashley is polite, her communication and the staff’s communication is the absolute pits. I’ve waited 2 months for my nebulizer breathing medication. Another time I waited a cpl weeks to receive my anxiety meds. The last time I had to wait for it (7 days) I went into withdrawals. Communication is pretty much non existent, the staff seems uncaring whether patients get their meds on time or not. I do Not recommended this dr or staff. Period. And if I hear we have 72 hrs to fill a prescription one more time I think I’ll scream.

I was referred by my nutritionist which sent me to see a pc with my lab results. Ashley was not very informative and she lacked empathy. I felt worse when I left then my positive outlook walking in. I left in tears. I still don’t understand my bill and did not receive a call back. Please provide a better understanding for your patients. We are going to you with hope. Don’t turn that away. I honestly feel this was a step back in my struggle to improve my health. I am now looking for a new provider. I will make sure to look at reviews to help me find a better fit.
