She was unfriendly, I felt like she was rushing me to get my appointment over with so she could go home; when I received the bill I found out she charged me for the wrong visit and had to spend several phone calls and visits back to the clinic and to get it sorted out; very disorganized and seemed like she hated her job. I won't be going back.
