She was so cold, callous, and made it very obvious she could care less about the patient, that it was a waste of her time. Continually interrupted her after asking for her symptoms. But, I am sure the bill to the insurance company will show she did a complete exam. When in reality she barely touched her. If she was in the room 2 minutes I am being generous. It would be different if the ER was packed, however that was not the case. Six people in the waiting room. No excuse.

I was seen by Ashley Jones in the emergency room after being sick with ongoing problems for a month. I am an employee at the same hospital so I was not only upset with the way she treated me but I was also embarrassed that she is representing Atrium. There was another employee in the room to witness her disrespectful, brutal, aggressive behavior. She yelled at me to the point of tears, she told me she “did not care” when I tried expressing my health concerns to her. She also would not let me show her physical symptoms I was having. At one point, she slapped her hands together while yelling at me. Her harsh words were hurtful as I was already in pain. She was verbally and emotionally abusive and I hope no one else has to face her when in need of care. If you do not have a heart for caring for others, you do not need to be in healthcare.
