Ashley Cook is very special kind of Dr. He listen to the patients and then he checks the out real good to finds the problems then he explains it real clear .

I have been to your Dunn location and have had a very good understanding of my condition by Ashley Cook! He is very kind and explained everything to me about my treatment. If all medical personnel were as nice as Ashley Cook it would be nice! I would recommend this office to anyone who wants to feel understood!

I had the most amazing visit. I have been to several different orthopedics and I can honestly say Dr. Cook was the nicest most caring Dr I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He was kind he was gentle and explained very well what I needed to know!

Unfortunately the generic appointment number tried to send me to Smithfield. Eventually they agreed to contact MY provider whose office called as soon as they got my message . Appointment was timely, office follows all safety/sanitary/distancing protocols, staff were awesome and Ashley Cook is personable, listens to me and I feel we work as a team. He is the BEST!

Ash gave me my first shot in my knee knowing that I was very anxious about it he was so caring and careful to make it as close to painless as he could. I would not hesitate for him to give me another one if needed. Thanks Ash. You’re the best!

I really love the treatment I get from Dr. Cook. He has the most wonderful bedside manner. He treats my ongoing problems, listens to my concerns and offers advice on how to possibly handle the situation in the best manner. He doesn't rush in and out like some doctors can tend to do. If there's something I need to address he takes the needed time to address it. But one thing I love most is I have a debilitating disorder and talking to him about my concerns and what my future may hold is like talking to a friend. I would highly recommend Emerge Ortho AND Dr. Cook to anyone.

I am seeing Ash at the Erwin location of EmergeOrtho for my knee. He has been top notch since day one. He takes time to explain things & answer questions. And he is THE BEST at giving injections. I was worried about pain, but Ash never pressured me or rushed me into a decision. I worried for no reason, Ash is precise and it was not painful at all. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
