Outstanding physicians assistant
PA Call is an amazing physicians assistant. She did incredible things for my mother, who is elderly and very difficult to work with. She was outstanding, always right with medication, and did an incredible job with my mother for many years. Thank you so much PA Call for all you do.

I spoke with her office today and learned she had denied a refill that has expired. She wants more blood work. This would be considered on my terms in Feb but not now, not yet. I called the pharmacy and her office about two weeks ago. She does not bother to call back. I will be out of meds this week. I think I have made a mistake. I told her office I will change doctors if I have too.

I like Southwest Medical but I refuse to see Ashlyn Call. I've had very bad experiences with her. She doesn't listen to you, she doesn't seem to care, and in one case they had the wrong medical chart for me from a different patient and then billed me for shots I never received. Her assistant lost paperwork I had faxed to them and the medication she prescribed to me was taken away by another doctor in her same office because it was the wrong type for me. Skip Ashlyn Call!

Ashlyn Call almost killed me. She misdiagnosed me and I lost the sight in my left eye. She was written up by Southwest Medical Assoc. and given 3 points on a 5 point termination chart. Because of her, I spent 15 days in the hospital, 18 months ago and still not fully recovered. Her license should be taken.

The absolute WORST practitioner I have had deal suffer with for the past three years! I hate to even consider her a practitioner. She is completely incompetent! I go in to see her every 6 months for two medications. Out of no where she cut off one of my meds that I have been taking for 10 years without explanation; an SSRI. To get in with another practitioner is 6 weeks. I have called the office and I do not get anywhere. Very bad withdraw side effects. Terrible experience!!
