I don't typically write reviews- but I'm VERY disappointed. I have a family history of uterine cancer, my mom had just passed away of cancer and I was worried about my test. I explained the situation & my worry. Her office called to let me know that my results came back abnormal & she wanted me to do a follow up in 3-5 years. YEARS. The words of the caller were: "The cells aren't cancerous yet, but they're like 'precancerous' " What?! I clarified 3-5 YEARS (when typically OBGYN appointments are yearly), and that was confirmed. Today I arrived 12 min before my app't. One of the ladies behind the counter rolled her eyes & walked away. After I was sitting there for over 20 minutes, Audrey sent out her receptionist out to let me know she refused to see me because I didn't arrive 30 min. BEFORE my app't. All of the paperwork was filled out prior to my app't time AND they kept me waiting 20 minutes to refuse me. REALLY?! I will NOT return to McLaren Medical Group- AWFUL Experience.

I’m in my 50s and my original Doctor retired. I have been going to Audrey for a few years now. I am thrilled with the care I receive. She has explained multiple things to me simply that I am able to understand and has made a difference in my health. I’ve never had any problems. Professional staff and hardly any wait times. Test results are relayed to me promptly.

I have never been more furious at the total lack of professionalism and disregard for a patients care. I have just left the office for a third time of having an appointment only to be turned away. The first time my app. that I had scheduled for months I showed up and no one was there on the one Saturday a month they are supposed to be open. I called on Monday and got an app.for a few days later. Show up to that and they say who did you talk to your not in the computer. Make a third app, show and they say my app. was a half hour earlier and I need to reschedule. I told them I will not come back again so they talked to Audrey Anderson and she says no she won’t see me. Making these apps. While getting child care and juggling work has been a nightmare. The ladies who work at the front desk could care less and do not give any effort if there is a problem. I will NEVER go back and you should think twice if your looking for a dr. Also no one each time was in the waiting room. Horrible

Audrey helps my anxiety at Doctor's offices so much. She actually cares, and does not judge. I am a newer patient of her's and I have felt so comfortable. The most with any other provider, ever. I can tell she cares and wants the best for my health and well-being. That means a lot, Thank you, Audrey Anderson + staff.

Audrey is very attentive and patient with your needs and questions. Willing to take the time to talk thing thru with you and make sure you understand the situation. When I made an appointment for 2:30, I was in the room before then. Audrey came in promptly at 2:30. No waiting around forever. A refreshing change to normal healthcare! Her staff is also pleasant and knowledgeable.

I had an appointment with Audrey today and she was wonderful! Her assistant was very friendly and helpful as well. I was nervous about my appointment because who likes to go for their yearly checkup feeling scared and vulnerable lying there on the table. She calmed me down, was very gentle with her medical checks and talked me through the entire process letting me know why she was doing what and so forth. It was a quick and efficient appointment and I would highly recommend going to her!
