Dr. Elder is fantastic! Despite having double the workload due to being down an audiologist, she fit me in during her lunchbreak to assist me with my hearing aid issues. She wrote me a detailed letter regarding accommodation needs for work and ordered a new Hearing Aid. It was a very smooth process. She responds to my emails and calls within a day. My new hearing aid has a online request component and she responds to the requests very quickly. I am very impressed with her.
